“Looks are deceiving!The lobby looked ok the room itself was clean enough to stay. So I stayed woke up the next morning with bed bug bites all over my chest and back. I spoke with the manager about it he was very rude!! All he said he could do is refund the room and nothing else. The manager also had me confused with another guest so the hotel definitely has a issue with bed bugs so I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.”

“The room we stayed in was clean and freshened up. Only thing is, no trash bags were in the room I stayed in. I wasn’t there long, so it wasn’t that big of a problem. I would be loved to have breakfast, but only from 6am-9am is a bit too early for me as I am not an early riser. Air conditioning was nice to use as well. Overall, I prefer Holiday Inn’s so I had a wonderful stay for the short time I was there.”

“I booked late in the evening because United rerouted me to Denver and stranded me there. I called the hotel to ask about a shuttle from the airport, and they told me exactly where to meet a shuttle within the next 20 minutes.
